Pro FAQ
Common questions about buying, installing and using Desyne Pro.
Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. Pay once and keep access to every block and template, including the ones added later. There's no subscription.
Who processes the payment?
Paddle is our merchant of record. It handles the checkout, sales tax and VAT, invoices and receipts, and refunds. Your receipt comes from Paddle.
Do I need Pro to use the components?
No. Every component in these docs is free for any project. Pro adds blocks and templates built from them.
Can I use Pro in client and commercial projects?
Yes, in unlimited projects. You can't resell the blocks or templates as a kit, theme or template, or publish their source in a public repository.
Which stack do I need?
React 19 and Tailwind CSS v4. Blocks run in Next.js, Vite, React Router or TanStack Start. Templates ship as Next.js projects.
How do I install a block?
Add the Pro registry and your license key to components.json, then run the add
command shown on the block. See Installing blocks.
Does my build need the license key?
No. Installed blocks are files in your repository. The key is only needed when the shadcn CLI downloads a block.
How does the Team license work?
Up to ten developers. The owner invites teammates by email, and each teammate gets their own key. See Team seats.
My key stopped working.
Someone may have regenerated it, or the license was refunded. Check the Account page: it shows the current key and the license status.
Do blocks work with my existing shadcn/ui components?
Yes. Blocks import components from @/components/ui/* using shadcn token names. When a
block needs a Desyne component you don't have, the CLI installs it. If you already
have a shadcn component with the same file name, the CLI asks before replacing it.
How do I get support?
Reply to your receipt email. Team licenses get priority support.
